Tesla claims the Cybertruck is “built for any planet.” That might be true… so long as that planet doesn’t have snow, slush, or the occasional Honda Civic.
A video from downtown Montreal shows a Cybertruck struggling, slipping, and ultimately getting Cyberstuck in afternoon traffic. Meanwhile, a Honda Fit and a Honda Civic cruise past without a care in the world. The Honda fit even politely slows down to let the Cybertruck cut in, before realizing that they’re stuck. AWKWARD!

Oh, and the Cybertruck’s single wiper? It’s going full blast despite little visible snow or rain. Maybe it’s panicking. Maybe the driver is. Either way, it’s a rough look for a $130,000 luxury truck.
It’s Not the Tires
If it were just one clip, maybe we’d chalk it up to driver error. But it’s not. Another video compares the Cybertruck to a Ram TRX… both running the same make of stock tire.
The Ram TRX plows through the snow without issue. The Cybertruck? Well, at least an effort was made, that’s something.
CyberTrucks Stuck in Snow (Ram TRX for Comparison, on the Same Model Stock Tires)

Cybertruck fans like to blame the stock tires. If the tires were right, then the truck would do better, or so they say. I mean, the stock tires on my truck can handle that, no problem… but what do I know? I’m not a megamind like these Tesla fans/investors.
But if a bone-stock Ram TRX can handle the same conditions just fine, maybe the problem isn’t the tire. Could it be Tesla’s traction control software? Maybe something about its weight distribution? Or is this just another case of an overhyped EV truck underdelivering in real-world conditions?
You know what? I got time, and I am all kinds of petty. Here is a late model Subaru wagon handling snow that a Cybertruck just cannot fathom.
Subaru Vs Cybertruck (You Know How It Ends)
There’s a reason ladies who love ladies love Subarus… that’s because they’re eminently sensible, and know more than I do about cars! Feast your eyes on this late model Subaru, showing a Cybertruck how it’s done.

“What, like it’s hard?” – Subie fans everywhere
Whatever the cause, one thing is clear: if you’re looking for a winter warrior that can outperform Tesla’s toughest luxury truck, you might want to consider the humble Honda Fit or Subaru anything.
